• Equipment is offered as is, where is.  NO CONDITIONAL OFFERS will be accepted.
• Successful Bidder must agree to and sign a Purchase and Sales Agreement (PSA) with the Seller.
• Full payment must be made (7) days after execution of the PSA.
• This request for bid is not to be construed as an offer, contract, or commitment of any kind; nor does it commit Iron Hub Inc. to pay any costs incurred by the Bidder in the preparation of its bid.

• March 29, 2022:  Open to receive offers.
• March 31, April 07, April 14, 2022:  Available for viewing. 
• April 15, 2022:  Offer submission deadline.
• April 20, 2022:  Award Date.
• May 31, 2022:  Equipment Removal Deadline

• Bullets are open for internal viewing by qualified inspectors.
• Site visits are by appointment only and three time slots are available: 
  9:00 AM to 11:00 AM - March 31, April 07, or April 14.
