Featured Auction: Surplus Safety Equipment 

IronHub is pleased to present a closed-bid auction featuring three lots of surplus oilfield safety equipment, available individually. This is a focused opportunity for safety suppliers, oilfield operators, contractors, and training facilities to acquire field-grade safety assets at competitive values, with no minimum reserve.

This auction includes the following lots:

•Safety Shower with Heater — A heated emergency eyewash/safety shower unit, suitable for redeployment on active sites or facilities.

•SCBA Safety Equipment Lot — A lot of 13 Self-Contained Breathing Apparatus (SCBA) units comprising 11 MSA and 2 Dräger units, complete with hard-shell carry cases, cylinders, regulators, and harness assemblies. Rated Condition B (Used, Good). Sold as-is for parts, training, display, or recertification purposes. Cylinders will require hydrostatic retesting prior to operational use.

•Safety Cabinet — Two Door — A two-door safety storage cabinet, suitable for flammable materials or chemical storage.

All equipment is surplus to operations, located near Calgary, Alberta. Equipment is sold as-is, where-is. Please review individual lot listings below for full specifications, condition details, and available photos.

Bidding Details: This is a Closed Bid auction. All bids must be submitted through the IronHub platform prior to the auction close date of August 6, 2026.

Asset Condition
•    Assets sold AS IS, WHERE IS, with no warranties expressed or implied.
•    All available documentation is attached to the Ironhub listings.
•    Mixed used conditions as described in listing.
•    Buyers are responsible for independent verification and inspection.
Inspection
•    Site access by appointment only.
•    PPE required (hard hat, CSA boots, safety glasses).
•    Buyers must comply with all site safety and access protocols.
Bid Submission
•    All bids must be submitted through the IronHub platform prior to closing time.
•    Late bids will not be accepted.
•    Seller approval required following auction close.
Award & Approval
•    Internal review process following close.
•    Estimated award notification: 5–7 business days post-close.
•    Partial awards permitted at Seller discretion.
Payment Terms
•    Successful bidder will receive Bill of Sale and invoice.
•    Full payment required prior to asset release.
Removal & Logistics
•    Buyer responsible for:
o    All loading
o    Transportation
o    Rigging
o    All removal costs
•    Removal timeline: 15–30 days from Bill of Sale execution, subject to site coordination and weather conditions.
•    FOB yard (as specified per listing).
Liability
•    IronHub acts as marketing and transaction facilitator only.
•    Title transfers upon full payment.
