Bidding, Payment & Award

Bids must be submitted within before the deadline.
All offers are subject to final approval and winning bidders will be notified by email. 
Payment must be received within 5 business days of invoice date via EFT or wire transfer.
All sales are final with no returns, refunds, or exchanges.

Removal, Logistics & Default

Once Bill of Sale is signed and payment is confirmed, buyers have 15 days to arrange truck pickup at the designated location - unless otherwise mutually agreed upon. 
Failure to pay or remove items within the timeframe may result in forfeiture and re-listing. 
Seller reserves the right to accept, or decline offers at their sole discretion.
