For sale is one (1) TECO-Westinghouse Optim TEFC AC induction motor, 75 HP, 230/460V, 3-phase, 3555 RPM, Frame 365TSC, serial VGP7218401001. This motor was procured in 2021 and remains in its original shipping crate, unused, with original protective wrapping intact.

This is a premium-specification industrial motor with three features that significantly distinguish it from standard surplus motors:

1. Hazardous Location Certified (Class I, Division 2 / Zone 2)The motor carries CSA certification for use in Class I, Division 2 and Zone 2 hazardous locations, Group B, C & D, Temperature Code T3/T1A. This certification is required for installation in areas where flammable gases or vapours may be present under abnormal conditions — standard in oil sands, upstream oil and gas, petrochemical, and refinery environments. Not all motors of this HP and frame carry this certification.
