For sale are two (2) Caterpillar 592-5353 Air Starting Motors, brand new in their original factory boxes. These heavy-duty pneumatic starters are designed to initiate the combustion process in large Caterpillar internal combustion engines, providing reliable starting power in harsh environments where electric starters may be insufficient or unsafe.

These specific units feature a 12-tooth drive pinion, Clockwise (CW / RH) rotation, and are rated for a maximum dynamic operating pressure of 120 PSIG (8 BAR). They are equipped with a natural gas vent port, making them suitable for both compressed air and natural gas starting applications.

The 592-5353 air starter is commonly used on large Caterpillar mining and industrial engines, including the 793 and 797 series Off-Highway Trucks (793F CMD, 797F).
