Item Overview
These are two genuine Atlas Copco OEM Pressure Dew Point (PDP) Sensor Kits, part number 2901990561. Each kit contains everything required to replace the dew point sensor in an Atlas Copco compressed air dryer or air treatment unit. The dew point sensor monitors the moisture content of compressed air leaving the dryer, providing the control system with real-time pressure dew point readings to verify dryer performance and trigger alarms if the air quality falls outside specification.
The sensor itself is a Class 1-6 Dew Point Transmitter (product code P1624896681), rated for a measurement range of -100°C to +20°C dew point (dp). It is manufactured by PST Group (Process Sensing Technologies) under the SF82 platform and is CE and UKCA marked. The transmitter uses a capacitive polymer moisture sensor and outputs a 4–20 mA signal. Minimum installation torque is 30.5 Nm ±1 Nm, and the probe tip is protected by a blue plastic cap (visible in photos).
Each kit also includes a replacement O-ring (P/N 1617-9656-00) and a filter element for the sensor port, making it a complete drop-in service kit.
