Description
For sale is one (1) Douglas Chero Newco-47 1" Class 800 Forged Steel Gate Valve, new in its original box. This valve was manufactured in Italy in June 2023 and originally procured for Schlumberger Canada Limited. It comes complete with full traceability, including the original metal asset tag (LVGU1453) and a comprehensive EN 10204-3.1 Mill Test Certificate from Douglas Chero Spa.
This is a heavy-duty, bolted bonnet (BB), rising stem, outside screw and yoke (OS&Y) gate valve designed for demanding industrial applications. The body is forged carbon steel (ASTM A105N) with AISI 410 stainless steel trim and hard-faced (HF) seats for superior wear resistance. The end connections are mixed: Socket Weld (SW) on one end and Threaded (NPT) on the other, a common configuration in heavy oil, refinery, and petrochemical piping systems.
The valve is fully compliant with NACE MR0103 for sour gas service, as well as ASME B16.34 and API 602 standards.
